Originally distributed in Japan inside Meiji Pokémon Biscuit boxes during the Pikachu Project ’99 era. Each box included one miniature gold or silver colored Pokémon picture frame, with 60 different designs across the collection.

The frame contains a printed translucent Pokémon animation image. This example remains sealed in its original Meiji wrapper and features burgundy-colored wrapper printing.
